Nothing too fancy but still a lot of fun :-) |
I can't tell you how simple this is! It's SO COOL! I'm going to be able to use these when I make websites and blog designs for clients. My very own patterned backgrounds and flourishes! How cool is that?
I'll be posting more of the things I make as I go through the class. I'm going to be learning how to make my own brushes, flowers and damask patterns. I'm really excited!
See you tomorrow!

Too cool! I think these are lovely, even though I have no idea what you're talking about.:) I'm Illustrater illiterate. Probably should change that.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what's next!
i'm so happy for you! it looks really interesting and beautiful. i'm with heidi - no idea. but cool looking! hooray, heather!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE the little posy pattern in the upper left!
ReplyDeleteLearning stuff like that is SO COOL!!
That's awesome! Illustrator gives me fits!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteHeather, I've been using Illustrator for about twelve years now and I keep having "I cannot BELIEVE I didn't know that" moments in this class. I made the basic flower shape in about fifteen seconds by making a polygon then applying pucker and bloat (which sounds like something on CSI but makes flowers in Illustrator) who knew? Not me!
Wow. You are coming along in leaps and bounds! I, too, am illutrator illiterate! Must put it on my list of things to learn. I am loving seeing your journey xxx
